Welcome to Clean Machine Detailing. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
A slot fee may be charged to reserve your booking. This fee ensures your appointment is held and secures our team for your selected date and time.

Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the slot fee, which is non-refundable. This fee compensates for lost time and potential missed bookings.

No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time may be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Service Conditions

The vehicle must be in a safe and accessible condition for our detailing team to carry out their work.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of the vehicle poses a health or safety risk to our staff.

Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires more work than originally quoted due to excessive dirt, pet hair, or other unexpected conditions.

Please note: For engine bay cleaning, while our team uses great care, My Clean Machine Detailing does not accept any responsibility for damage to electrical components, sensors, wiring, or other engine parts during or after the cleaning process. This service is performed at the customer’s own risk.

4. Liability

While every care is taken during the detailing process, My Clean Machine Detailing is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or defects to your vehicle.

Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Customers are advised to remove valuables and inspect their vehicle before and after the service.

5. Weather Policy

In the event of adverse weather (for mobile services), we will contact you to reschedule your booking at the earliest convenience.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
Ensure access to the vehicle at the booked time.

Notify us of any known mechanical or cosmetic issues that may affect the service.

7. Changes to Terms

My Clean Machine Detailing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
